Terms and Conditions for Participation in the DDproperty People’s Choice Awards 2026

AllProperty Media Co., Ltd. (“the Organiser”) invites Thai consumers to participate in the DDproperty People’s Choice Awards 2026 Voting Campaign, which gives consumers the opportunity to vote for their favourite property developers and real estate agencies, with a chance to win prizes subject to the terms and conditions specified below.

1. Eligibility and Participation

1.1 Eligible participants are consumers who cast their votes in the DDproperty People’s Choice Awards 2026 during the specified voting period.

1.2 Participants may vote for their preferred nominees in two categories:

• Property Developers
• Real Estate Agencies

1.3 Voting may be conducted through DDproperty channels and other promotional channels designated by the Organiser, including DDproperty, Think of Living, and other media partners.

1.4 Participants must complete the voting process within the specified period to be eligible for the prize draw.

2. Campaign Period

2.1 Campaign promotion period:
27 July – 16 August 2026

2.2 Voting period:
3 – 16 August 2026

3. Prize Draw Date, Time, and Location

3.1 Prize draw date: 21 August 2026

3.2 Time: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM

3.3 Prize draw location: AllProperty Media Co., Ltd. (the Organiser)

4. Prize Details

Participants will have the opportunity to win a total of 102 prizes, with a combined value of THB 50,100, as follows:

Grand Prize: 1 iPhone 17, valued at THB 29,900

Participant Prizes: 101 Grab Gift Vouchers valued at THB 200 each, with a total value of THB 20,200

Total: 102 prizes with a combined value of THB 50,100

5. Announcement of Winners

The Organiser will announce the names of the winners on 27 August 2026 via the DDproperty Facebook fan page.

6. Prize Redemption Conditions

6.1 Participants must cast their votes in the DDproperty People’s Choice Awards 2026 within the specified voting period of 3–16 August 2026.

6.2 The Organiser will verify participants’ information and eligibility before conducting the prize draw.

6.3 Winners must be able to provide the necessary documents or information required by the Organiser to verify their identity and eligibility to receive the prize.

6.4 Winners receiving prizes valued at THB 1,000 or more will be responsible for 5% withholding tax on the value of the prize, as required by law.

6.5 The Organiser reserves the right to verify the information and eligibility of all winners. If a winner is found not to meet the specified terms and conditions, the Organiser reserves the right to disqualify that winner and award the prize to an eligible reserve winner in the applicable order. The Organiser’s decision shall be final.

6.6 If a winner does not contact the Organiser or present themselves to confirm their eligibility to receive the prize within 7 days from the date the winners are announced, the Organiser reserves the right to deem the winner to have forfeited the prize and to conduct a new prize draw to select a replacement winner. The Organiser’s decision shall be final.

7. Prize Draw Committee

The prize draw committee will consist of three representatives of the Organiser:

• Mr. Woradet Kamlangmuang – Head of Marketing
• Mr. Richard Allan Santos Aquino – Head of Brand & Marketing Services
• Mr. Seksun Sroyyaem – Marketing Specialist

9. Reservation of Rights

The Organiser reserves the right to change, amend, or supplement the campaign details and terms and conditions, including prize details, as deemed appropriate. Any such changes will be communicated through the Organiser’s promotional channels.

The decisions of the Organiser and the prize draw committee regarding eligibility verification, the prize draw, and the awarding of prizes shall be final.
